In the early months of 1987, Kurt joined the cast of Some Enchanted Evening, the "official" Rodgers And Hammerstein review. Touring through the Spring of that year, he had the opportunity to sing many of the great R&H ballads he had grown up with including If I Loved You, The Surrey With The Fringe on Top, This Nearly Was Mine and a favorite, The Soliloquy.
